摘要
文章以黑龙江科技学院经济管理学院对俄贸易方向的人才培养模式为例,运用比较分析法和联动分析法分析通识性国际贸易人才培养模式的不足,并从课程体系优化、校企合作升级和业务拓展实体化三个层面联动提出了以面向服务区域经济为导向的地缘比较优势明显的人才培养模式。实践证明,这种人才培养模式会使学生、学院和企业协同受益且具有自我激励作用。
This is a case study of the training model of China-Russia business talents in the business school of Heilongjiang Institute of Science Technology.There are shortcomings in the general talents training mode according to the analysis with comparative and linkage methods.The advantage of the new training mode which is regional-economy-oriented includes optimized curriculum system,school-enterprise cooperation,and extended business.It is believed that this model benefits students,school,and enterprise at the same time.
