摘要
[目的]了解郫县镇级公共卫生机构人力资源现状,为相关部门制定或调整镇级公共卫生机构人力发展决策提供依据。[方法]2010年9~10月,对郫县所有镇级公共卫生所工作人员的学历、专业、职称、年龄、从事公共卫生工作年限进行调查。[结果]2009年年末,郫县有镇级公共卫生所14个,有工作人员125人,每个镇平均9.29人,每万人配置2.48人,0.29人/km2。125人中,男性43人,女性82人;年龄20~29岁的占39.20%,30~39岁的占36.00%,40~49岁的占18.40%,50~59岁的占6.40%;专业为预防医学的占3.20%,临床医学的占50.40%,护理占23.20%,其他占23.20%;学历为大专的占57.60%,中专占26.40%,高中与初中占4.80%;副高及以下职称的占64.80%,无职称的占35.20%。从事公共卫生工作<10年的占73.60%。[结论]郫县各镇配置的公共卫生人员数量符合相关标准,存在人员兼职、学历偏低现象。
[Objective]To investigate the current situation of public health human resources in town of Pi county so as to provide scientific basis for government decision-making for human resources allocation of town level public health service.[Methods]Uniform questionnaire designed based on investigation objective and survey was carried out among all the public health service in town level of Pi county.The data included academic background,major,professional title,age and service length in public health service.[Results]There were 14 health centers of town level and 125 staffs,averaged 9.29 per town,2.48/104 people,and 0.29/km2,in Pi County by the end of 2009.Among them,43 were male and 82 female;39.20% aged from 20 to 29,36.00% from 30 to 39,18.40% from 40 to 49,6.40% from 50 to 59;3.20% majored in public health,50.40% in clinical medicine,23.20% in nursing;57.60% had tertiary education,26.40% had secondary education,and 4.80% had senior or junior middle school education;64.80% had associate professor or lower title and 35.20% had no title.73.32% of them had worked in public health less than 10 years.[Conclusion]Although the number of public health staffs in town level of Pi county conforms to relevant standard,with the phenomena of part-time and low education.
