摘要
[目的]评价重庆市对全科医师培训人文执业技能的效果,从而进一步优化培训、提高全科医师人文执业能力。[方法]2008年9月至2009年9月重庆医科大学人文医学执业技能培训基地对重庆市全科医师82人进行了培训,培训中采用SEGUE量表对参加培训的全科医师在未培训和培训结束2个阶段分别就其医患沟通能力进行测试,对测试分数使用SAS 9.0作统计分析,并进行配对设计的t检验或配对符号秩和检验。[结果]被测试的82名全科医师在医患沟通技能总体成绩和5个维度成绩方面均有差异,培训前平均得分9.82分,培训后为18.89分,培训后得分高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。0~15分段的学员从培训前93%锐减至培训后5%,培训前达到"优秀"和"良好"的比例由零增至93%。[结论]全科医师参加培训后人文医学执业技能水平有大幅度提高,应当从教学内容、教学方式、考核方式、师资配备四方面进一步改进培训。
[Objective]To evaluate the effectiveness of the social psychological professional skills training to the general practitioners in Chongqing city,so as to further optimize the training and improve their skills.[Methods]From September 2008 to September 2009,82 general practitioners received the social psychological professional skills training by Chongqing Medical University.The SEGUE framework was used to test the doctor-patient communication skills of the participative general practitioners before and after the training respectively.[Results]Whether or not having participated in the training showed significant differences in both the five dimensions and the general evaluation of the doctor-patient communication skills rating scale(P0.01).[Conclusion]The social skills of the general practitioners will be enhanced dramatically after the training.And the training needs further improvements in the following four aspects such as teaching contents,teaching methods,assessment methods,and teaching staff.
