摘要
近年来欧盟内部知识精英对中欧全面战略伙伴关系持有的负面看法、《里斯本条约》批准后欧盟外交政策的调整,以及美欧跨大西洋联盟关系的新发展,使2003年确立的中欧全面战略伙伴关系面临新的挑战。中国需要对这一重要的战略伙伴关系所面临的新挑战有充分的准备及足够的重视。
In recent years,there have been formed three major challenges to the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between China and the EU established in 2003:the negative views held by some influential EU scholars toward this partnership;EU's diplomatic adjustments as Lisbon Treaty enters force;new developments of transatlantic relations between the European Union and the United States.China should pay enough attention to and make full preparation for these challenges.
