摘要
根据喷油雾化机理,引入维勃数来评价润滑油在压缩腔内的雾化程度,为合理选择螺杆压缩机的喷油参数提供了依据。通过改变喷油量、喷油温度、喷油孔径等参数,得出压缩机的排气温度等性能参数,为螺杆压缩机油路系统的优化研究提供理论依据。
Based on oil atomizing theory,the parameter of Weber number is put forward for evaluating the atomizing level of the oil in compression cavity,and provides basic choices of the oil injection parameters.We change the injection volumes,temperature,nozzle diameter etc.and get performance parameters of the compressor like exhaust temperature,then provide theory basis for optimization research of screw compressor oil system.
