摘要
高职教育教学设计必须做到职业岗位需求与教育供给的统一和平衡,即课程内容设计和对应的职业岗位技能需要相平衡;课堂专业知识学习和实践教学动手能力培养相平衡;培养职业人才类型和企业类型相平衡。要实现这一平衡应当对一系列关系进行解析。
The teaching design of higher vocational education must reach the integration and balance between the demand of jobs and the supply of education,which,specifically refers to the balance between the design of teaching contents and the request in skills from real jobs,between classroom teaching and practical training,and between the type of talents produced by vocational education and that needed by enterprises.A cluster of relations concerned should be handled carefully in order to realize the balance.
