摘要
On March 14^th, the 2011 3.15 China Quality and Consumer Rights Protection Forum was held by China Association for Quality Promotion （CAQP） in Beijing. Pu Changcheng, Vice Minister of AQSIQ and Chairman of CAQP, delivered a speech. It was attended by Vice Minister Jiang Zengwei of Ministry of Commerce, Zhu Hongren, Party member and Chief Engineer of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
