摘要
目的探讨抑郁症患者的病因及康复治疗。方法 2008年1月至2010年1月收治的抑郁症患者321例,随机分为常规治疗组150例,康复治疗组171例,观察两组临床疗效及病因。结果两组治疗前汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)评分比较P>0.05无显著差异性。两组治疗后汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)评分比较P<0.05有显著差异性。结论病因主要为心理社会因素;康复治疗帮助患者保持乐观的情绪。调整好自己的心理状态,克服性格缺陷,促进疾病康复。
Objective To investigate the etiology of depression and rehabilitation.Methods In January 2008 to January 2010 depressed patients 321 cases,were randomly divided into treatment group 150 patients,171 patients rehabilitation group,observed the clinical efficacy and causes.Results Before treatment,the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale（HAMD） and the Social Disability Screening Scale（SDSS） scores no significant difference（P0.05）.After treatment,the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale（HAMD） and the Social Disability Screening Scale（SDSS） scores significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusions The cause is mainly psychological and social factors;Rehabilitation therapy to help patients maintain an optimistic mood.Adjust their mental state,to overcome the character flaws,and promote recovery of disease.
