摘要
介绍了我国目前基础设施建设中利用外资的法律政策环境及引进外资的方式,提出了优化投资环境,走持续利用外资参与中国基础设施建设的发展道路;讨论了投资者如何进入中国基础设施建设领域的策略。
With a brief introduction to the related policies and legal environment for direct foreign investment in China s projects for basic facilities, the author points out that the investment environment shall be further optimized, so as to attract foreign investment in China's infrastructure, projects, and practical investment tactics shall be studied carefully for the entry of foreign investors into the infrastructure field.
