摘要
通过在两级级联放大器的后一级中采用负反馈网络来拓展放大器的工作频带,并在放大器的偏置网络中添加吸收回路来提高放大器的稳定性和改善其输入输出驻波比。利用ATF-54143设计了一款工作于1~4GHz的性能优良低噪声放大器(LNA)。仿真结果显示,其增益G=21.3±0.35 dB,噪声系数NF≤1.2 dB,输入输出反射系数均小于-16.3 dB,其1 dB压缩点输出功率P1 dB≥13.2 dBm。测试结果与仿真结果基本一致。
Utilizing negative feedback network and lossy matching network,a broadband low noise amplifier(LNA) operating at 1~4 GHz with good input and output VSWR and low noise figure was introduced.Based on E-PHEMT ATF-54143,the simulation result shown that the gain of the LNA is 21.30±0.35 dB,the noise figure in the design is less than 1.2 dB,the input and output return loss is better than-16.3 dB,and output power 1 dB compression point is larger than 13.2 dBm.And the test results match the design very well.
