摘要
目的 :介绍微血管减压术治疗面肌痉挛的体会和注意事项。方法 :采用乙状窦后入路 ,用涤纶片行面神经根微血管减压术治疗。结果 :2 83例面肌痉挛手术病人 ,有效率为 98 2 3%。2 2 9例进行了 6个月～ 9 5年随访 ,2例无效 ,3例复发 ,其余病例均治愈。结论 :微血管减压术治疗面肌痉挛 ,是一种解除病因的治疗方法 ,治愈率高 ,复发率低。
Objective:The article introduces the experience and indications of treatment of hemifacial spasm with micrangium decompression.Methods:By retrosigmoid approach,with teflon performing micrangium decompression of the root of facial nerve.Results:283 cases were treated with the operation,the effective rate were 98.23%,229 cases were followed-up ranged from 6 months to 9.5 years,2 cases were ineffective,3 cases recurred again,others were cured.Conclusion:The treatment of hemifacial spasm with micrangium decompression,neurotraction draw of facial nerve root is a therapy method of remove the etiology,cure rate is high and the recurrence rate is low.
