摘要
在工程投标过程中,价值工程的应用越来越广泛,它对一个产品或者项目的成本、质量、工程投标等的优化有很好的应用价值。本文首先简述了价值工程的基本概念,然后分析了在工程投标中如何运用价值工程来优化施工方案。
In the process of the engineering bidding,the value engineering is widely used,and it has good application value for optimizing cost,quality,bidding of a product or project.In this paper,the basic concept of value engineering is described,then how to use value engineering in engineering bidding to improve the construction plan is analyzed.
