摘要
随着我国建筑事业的改革发展,我国的建筑工程质量日益的稳步提高,充分体现了中国特色的"企业内控、社会监理、政府监督"这一质量监督机制的必要性和重要性。文章就建筑工程的质量要求、建筑质量监督程序的原则、质量监督内容以及质量监督手段和方法进行了详细阐述,以供相关建筑工程质量监督人员参考。
With the reform and development of China＇s construction career,our country＇s construction engineering quality is increasingly improved steadily,which fully embodies the necessity and importance of the supervision system ＂enterprise internal control,social supervision,government supervision＂ with Chinese characteristic.This article elaborated the quality requirements of architectural engineering,the principle of building quality supervision procedure,content,means and methods of quality supervision,to provide reference for supervisory personnel about relevant construction engineering.
