城市景观水体汛期降雨蓄水防涝调度的研究 被引量:5

Study on Stormwater Storage and Discharge from Urban Landscape Water Bodies in Flood Season

摘要 为了对进入城市景观水体的汛期雨水进行合理的蓄泄调度,引入了降雨蓄水防涝调度情景分析法,选定径流总水量和径流量作为情景分析的核心驱动因素,围绕这两个因素确定了4种可能发生的降雨情景,并给出了相应的调度措施。对于特定降雨,在确定其所属情景之后即可根据情景分析法选择相应的调度方法,从而为管理部门提供决策依据。以北方某滨海城市的两场实际降雨为例,利用情景分析法对该区域排入景观水体的径流雨水进行了合理的调度,既能防止发生城市内涝,又最大限度地积蓄了雨水资源。 The scenario analysis method for stormwater storage and discharge was introduced in order to perform reasonable storage and discharge of stormwater from urban landscape water bodies in flood reason. The total amount of surface runoff and its flow rate were chosen as the main driving factors of the scenario analysis, four possible rainfall scenarios were established according to the factors, and the related scheduling measures were given. After determining which scenario category the rainfall belongs to, the related scheduling method can be chosen based on the scenario analysis method, thus providing decisionmaking support to the management department. Taking two actual rainfalls in a coastal city in northern China for examples, the reasonable scheduling of stormwater runoff discharged into landscape water bodies in this area was performed using the scenario analysis method, which can prevent urban waterlogging and maximize the storage of stormwater resource.
