摘要 在合成聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)时加入其他改性单体进行改性,来制备易结晶型水溶性PBT(WSPBT)。通过傅里叶红外变换光谱(FT-IR)对WSPBT样品进行结构表征,证实了共聚酯大分子链中存在5-磺酸钠间苯二甲酸乙二酯(SIPE);X射线衍射测试表明,WSPBT是易结晶型聚酯;热失重分析表明,WSPBT的热稳定性能良好。将WSPBT与常规聚酯(PET)通过复合纺丝的方法制备了海岛型聚酯纤维,测试该纤维在沸水中溶解45 min后的失重率,讨论WSPBT的水溶性能与SIPE加入量等因素的关系。实验结果表明,该种易结晶型WSPBT可纺性良好,纤维中的海组分在热水中溶解性良好。 The water-soluble polybutylene terephthalate(WSPBT) was prepared through adding other modified monomers when synthesizing the polybutylene terephthalate(PBT).FTIR analysis was used to characterize the sample of WSPET and the existence of sodium ethylene glycol isophthalate-5-sulfate(SIPE) in the macro-chain of the sample was confirmed.The X-ray test showed that the WSPBT crystallizes easily and has good thermal stability,as shown by thermo-gravimetric analysis(TGA).The island-in-sea fiber which composed with WSPBT and common PET was prepared through composite spinning process.The weight loss rate of the island-in-sea fiber was tested after being dissolved in the boiling water for 45 minutes,and relationship between the added amount of SIPE and the water solubility of WSPET was discussed.The experimental results revealed that this easily crystallized WSPBT has good spinnability and the sea parts of the fiber can dissolve easily in the boiling water.
