摘要
道路交通承担着现代物流的重大任务,尤其是应急物流,高速公路的应急功能越来越明显,但高速公路的灾难性事件也越来越多。以高速公路为研究背景,提出了高速公路的现存问题,阐述了高速公路的灾害类别与应急功能,提出高速公路应对各种突发事件的技术支持要件,其核心是要建立应对突发事件的综合保障体系。
The road traffic is undertaking significant duty of the modern logistics, particularly the emergency logistics, highway＇s emergency function is getting more and more obvious, but there also appears more and more highway＇s disastrous events. The paper takes the highway as the research background, proposes highways existing questions, elaborates highway＇s disaster category and the emergency function, proposes the highway deals with each kind of thunderboh＇s technical support, which is its core.
