摘要
为实时测量大口径活塞泵的吸入容积效率,提出采用基于泵送压力测量的方法。首先,建立了吸入容积效率数学模型,搭建压力信号测试系统,分析研究活塞泵在一个工作循环中的压力信号变化,分别研究得出基于泵出口管道压力、主油缸压力及称重测量泵吸入容积效率的计算公式。最后,通过煤泥试验,证明基于泵出口管道压力测量泵吸入容积效率的方法是可行的,测量值误差小。
In order to real-time measure the suction volumetric efficiency of the large-calibered piston pump,a kind of method is proposed based on pumping pressure measuring.Firstly,the mathematical model of suction volumetric efficiency is build.Secondly,the pressure signal measuring system is set up.The variation of pressure signals of piston pump during a working cycle is analyzed,and the formula of calculating pump suction volumetric efficiency is obtained based on the pump outlet pressure,master cylinder pressure and weight measurement.Finally,the slurry tests show that the method is feasible and has tiny deviation.
