摘要
为了了解自动化立体仓库堆垛机提升系统在额定载重情况下钢丝绳的时变特性和动应力情况,利用达朗贝尔原理对堆垛机提升系统钢丝绳进行了分析,获得了钢丝绳弹性系数随时间的变化曲线,以及钢丝绳在系统为刚性与弹性2种条件下的动应力曲线,为立体仓库堆垛机提升系统的可靠性设计、快速和稳定运行提供了理论基础。
In order to understand the time-varying characteristics and dynamic stress situation of the wire rope of the hoisting system in the stacker for the automated multi-layered storehouse while the hoisting system carries rated loads,D'Alembert principle is used to analyze the wire rope of the hoisting system.The variation curve of elastic coefficient of the wire rope with time is obtained,and dynamic stress curves of the wire rope in rigid system mode and elastic system mode are achieved also.The study offers theoretical basis for the reliability design as well as rapid and stable operation of the hoisting system in the stacker for the automated multi-layered storehouse.
