相关利益方视角的农民组织认知分析——基于吉林省黄松甸食药用菌协会的案例被引量：8

摘要本文以相关利益方利益整合和社会认知理论为基础,采用案例分析方法,从相关利益方的视角分析了各相关利益方在发展不同阶段对农民组织的认知和评价。本文提出,政府干预型农民组织,在其初建期和快速发展期,各相关利益方能够通过良好的沟通机制,产生相对一致的利益诉求;而在长期内,政府干预型农民组织的外部干预方与协会普通成员之间的利益一致性相对较弱,这使得组织发展后继乏力。因此,良好的沟通机制,是动态掌握相关利益方的利益诉求,解决利益冲突,达成利益整合,促使组织良性运转的不可或缺的条件。
