摘要
采用UV/O3氧化法处理丁基黄药溶液,考察了丁基黄药质量浓度、溶液pH对丁基黄药降解率的影响。研究结果表明,初始pH增大有利于丁基黄药的降解,在25℃,pH=11.36,光照强度为36 W,臭氧浓度为7.32 mg.L-1,丁基黄药初始质量浓度为100 mg.L-1时,经10 min后丁基黄药去除率达到99%以上。在UV/O3联合作用下,丁基黄药的降解基本上满足准1级反应动力学规律,反应20 min后,COD与TOC去除率仅为33.9%与14.5%左右,这表明UV/O3不能使丁基黄药完全矿化,只能生成一系列中间产物。
The wastewater containing butyl xanthate was treated by UV/O3,and the effect of pH value and initial concentration were discussed.The experimental results showed that when initial concentration was 100 mg·L-1,pH value was 11.36 and ozone concentration was 7.32 mg·L-1,the removal efficiency could reach 99% within 10 min.The degradation of butyl xanthate by UV/O3 satisfied basically the rule of pseudo-first order reaction kinetics.The removal rate of COD and TOC were 33.9% and 14.5%.The results showed that UV/O3 could not mineralize butyl xanthate completely,and a series of intermediate products were produced.
