摘要
综述了汽车热交换系统用的铝材种类、规格、性能等。重点介绍汽车用复合散热板、带、箔材的结构,市场需求,以及热交换复合铝材的生产工艺等。汽车热交换系统包括空调器、水箱散热器、油冷却器、中间冷却器和加热器等,所用材料为铝管、板、带、箔材,都由复合材料制成。复合材料由芯层与皮层组成,芯层为3003型合金,皮层为钎焊料—A l-S i系或A l-Zn系合金。热交换系统的铝化对汽车的轻量化、性能的提高与节能减排起着重要作用。
The aluminum types,specifications and properties used for automobile radiating system have been summarized.The construction of composite radiating strip and foil,market demoands and production technologies have been introduced as the key point.The automobile radiating system includes air-conditioner,water tank radiator,oil cooler,intermediate cooler and heater etc.The materials to be used for the same are composite aluminum tube,sheet,strip and foil.The core of the composite material is 3003 aluminum alloy and the outside layer is Al-Si or Al-Zn alloy which are well solder-able.The aluminizing of radiating system can lighten the automobile,increase the property of the automobile and decrease its carbon-emission.
