摘要
以仙林大学城的兴起为背景,在综合运用多种调研手法的基础上,就大学城周边的仙林新村社区的发展变迁状况进行了归纳分析,并通过深入剖析导致变迁的原因,揭示了大学成长与社区发展之间的互动关系,进而针对存在的问题,提出了未来大学城背景下城市社区建设发展的建议。
Employing many a research method and taking the developing of Xianlin College Town in Nanjing City as our object of study, we clarify the developing process of its neighboring communities. We probe into the reasons for such a change to reveal the interactive relation between the growth of colleges and universities and the development of their neighboring communities. In respect to the problems therein, we proceed to put forward some suggestions for the development of communities near the college town.
