摘要
森林火灾突发性强,危害性大,烧毁林木及林下植物资源,引起水土流失,危害整个森林生态系统,破坏森林生态系统的平衡和人类生存环境。破坏森林生态生态系统平衡,危害野生动物栖息环境,给人类的经济建设造成巨大损失,甚至还威胁到人民生命财产的安全,其危害程度居森林三大自然灾害之首。本文作者在对贵州省黔东南自治州近十年来森林火灾发生规律、特点,起因分析统计的基础上,提出综合预防措施。
The characteristics of Forest-fire is Sudden,hazardous large,over burning forest and the underbrush plants resources,to cause the soil erosion,destroy the forest ecosystem,harm the forest ecosystem＇s balanced and the environment of human or wild animal living.It brought heavy loss for humanity＇s economic development,even also threatens the life and property to people.It is first in three nature disaster of forest.The author proposes the synthesis preventive measure that has analyzed the rule and the characteristic to happen the Forest fire for the past ten years in the Qiandongnan autonomous prefecture,Guizhou Province.
