摘要
微波烧结法是目前制备高性能陶瓷材料的一种理想方法。本文介绍了微波烧结的基本原理、特点以及微波烧结设备的基本构造和发展状况;全面综述了微波烧结法在各种高性能陶瓷材料制备过程中的应用进展,列举了运用微波烧结法制备的各种高性能陶瓷实例,阐述了微波烧结技术的现有问题,并展望了陶瓷材料微波烧结的发展方向。
Micowave sintering is an idea method to prepare high quality ceramic materials.In this paper,the basic principles,characteristics,the basic structure and development of Micowave sintering equipments are introduced.The application progress of micwave sintering during the preparation process of high performance ceramic materials is summed.The examples of high performance ceramic materials preparaed by the micwave sintering are listed.The current problems of microwave sintering technology are described,and the development of micowave sintering ceremics is prospected.
