摘要
群库恰克地区石炭系井壁失稳问题一直是油田勘探与开发的技术难点。Q5-1井是在该地区实施的第一口解决井壁失稳问题的试验井。通过对群库恰克地区石炭系复杂地层不稳定因素及其对钻井液施工技术难点分析研究,对钻井液的配伍进行改进,优选了适合该地区的聚合物钻井液和KCl-聚璜钻井液体系。该钻井液体系具有良好的流变性、造壁性、润滑性和抑制性。现场应用表明,该钻井液体系对该地区顺利钻进、井下安全及油气层保护有非常好的效果。
The problem of borehole instability in Qunkuqiake Region was a major problem in oil exploration and development.Well Q5-1 was the first test well drilled for solving the problem of borehole instability.It analyzed and researched the labile factors in carboniferous complex formation and difficulties of implementing drilling fluid technology were analyzed in Qunkuqiake Region,the compatibility of drilling fluid was improved and the polymer drilling fluid and KCl /sulphonic polymer drilling fluid system were optimized as the appropriate drilling fluids.The drilling fluid system has good rheological,building capacity,lubricity and inhibition.Application result shows that the drilling fluid has good effect for well drilling,underground safety and hydrocarbon reservoir protection.
