摘要
公民社会有序发展是社会主义和谐社会的重要内容,也是中国政治现代化进程的必然结果。许多学者不自觉地以西方公民社会"自下而上"的发展逻辑来解释与分析中国的公民社会成长,然而中国公民社会发展是不同于西方的。中国公民社会发展有其自身特殊的"社会—历史—文化"背景,这就决定了中国会走一条不同于西方公民社会的发展道路。它应该选择一条"自下而上"与"自上而下"相结合的"双向互动合作"的道路;其最终目的是实现政府发展与社会发展的双赢。
The orderly development of the society is the important content of a harmonious society,and the inevitable modernization of Chinese politics.The growth of Chinese civil society is frequently interpreted with the western civil society development logic of ＂bottom-up＂,ignoring the fact that the development of Chinese civil society has its special ＂social-history-culture＂ background which determines that China will take a different way,an ＂interactive cooperation＂ way which combines ＂bottom-up＂ and ＂top-down＂ for its final goal of the win-win of the government development and the society development.
