摘要
目的:探讨超声引导下穿刺术在盆腔肿块中的诊断价值,分析了其安全性、穿刺要点以及可能出现的问题。方法:回顾性分析2004年5月～2009年7月盆腔肿块54例行超声引导下穿刺术的临术资料。结果:穿刺后诊断与手术,病理检查及随访结果符合率为90.7%。结论:超声引导下穿刺术可以较准确地对盆腔肿块进行早期诊断,提高了患者早查、早治的可能性,为盆腔肿块诊治提供了指导。
Objective：To explore the application of puncture under ultrasound tomography in diagnosing female pelvic mass,and to analyze its safety,puncture point and possible problem during process.Methods：Clinical data of 54 cases with pelvic mass admitted from May 2004 to July 2009 were retrospectively analyzed.All cases were treated with puncture ultrasound tomography.Results：The coincidence rate was 90.7% between diagnosis after puncture and diagnosis based on surgical and pathological examination.Conclusions：Puncture under ultrasound tomography is accurate tool for diagnosis of pelvic mass.It is helpful in early diagnosis and treatment.
