摘要
经室内喂虫和田间接种,鉴定了 Mo17 ,478 等4 个常用自交系及其与91 - 1 - 8 杂交的抗虫转基因杂种 F1 的抗虫性结果表明,不同转基因材料之间以及同一转基因材料的不同单株间抗虫性差异很大,有少量植株表现高度抗性,个别植株几乎没有抗性外源 Bt 毒蛋白基因在不同遗传背景中的表现不尽相同,在抗性较差的 Mo17 背景中。
The identification of corn borer resistance(CBR) has been made for the 4 popular corn inbred lines and their Bt transgenic F 1 plants composed of crossing the inbred lines with 91-1-8,by feeding in lab and inoculating in the field.The results show that great differences in CBR exist among different transgenic materials as well as among individuals within the same materal.A few plants express high resistance,while some other plants seldom express resistance.The expression of external Bt toxic protein gene varies with the genetic back grounds,and higher CBR expression exists in Mo17 background.
