介绍了天津大学以Scopus数据库为研究工具,对学者发表的论文进行学术评价,构建学科基准线,研究学者的学术论文的总发文量、发文被引用量、他引与自引情况、h指数等。探讨了评价方法和工具的优势与不足。
This paper introduced the research of academic evaluation in Tianjin University by Scopus,constructed the disciplinary benchmarks,calculated the published papers,the extra-citation,self-citation and the h-index,and.The Advantages and Shortcomings of the evaluation methods and tools are also mentioned.
