摘要
1996 年5 月、11 月,在庐山自然保护区核心区主要水体共9 个基点,利用综合定性取样法,共采集了水生昆虫及寡毛类等16 目,46 科,73 属,111 种,共计10 598 头,其中寡毛类等3 106 头。利用科级生物指数及常规化学监测方法对9 个基点的水质进行了评估;对两种方法评估所得的水质排序结果进行了比较与分析。
Benthic aquatic insects were sampled by a qualitative collection method at 9 sites in the main waterbody of Mt. Lushan Nature Reserve during May and November of 1996. A total of 10598 individuals were collected, they belonged to 111 species of 73 genera in 46 families under 16 orders of aquatic insects and oligchaeta. Among the samples collected, 3106 of them were of oligchaeta and other animals. Water quality of 9 sites were evaluated by the biotic index at the Family-level of the insects and general chemical menitoring method. The water quality of 9 sites assessed by two methods were compared.
