控速结晶法制取医药级氯化钾工艺研究

摘要 介绍了一种以海盐苦卤氯化钾为原料,引入结晶重组手段,通过控制物料结晶生长速度,在常温条件下制取医药级氯化钾的工艺,该工艺具有过程连续、稳定,易于工业化实施等优点。 A technology of preparing pharmaceutical-grade potassium chloride at room temperature by controlling growth speed of crystallization was introduced. The technology took potassium chloride crystallized from sea salt brine as raw material, and in- ducted crystallization recombination process. The technology had the merit of succession, stabilization and being easy to put into industrialization and more.
