摘要 研究了磷矿石直接还原生产磷酸的过程,考察了温度、硅钙比、还原时间与磷矿还原率的关系。结果表明,提高反应温度有利于磷矿还原,磷矿石的还原率随着硅钙比的增大而增大,但当硅钙比为1.0以上时,再增加硅钙比,还原率增加并不明显;在磷矿还原的最佳温度1300~1500℃范围内,反应时间对磷矿的还原率影响较大,但随着反应时间的增加,还原率的增幅效应却越来越小。实验为高炉法磷酸提供了可行的基础数据,对高纯度磷酸新生产工艺可行性进行了初步探索。 The process of producing phosphoric acid with direct reduction of phosphate rock was studied. The relation of reduetion rate of phosphate rock with temperature, silicon-calcium ratio and reduction time was investigated in the experiments. The results indicated that increasing reaction temperature was condu- cive to the reduction of phosphate rock. The reduction rate of phosphate rock increased with the increase of silicon-calcium ratio. When the silicon-calcium was more than 1.0, reduction rate increased indistinctively with the increase of silicon-calcium ratio. Within the range of 1300 - 1500℃ that was the optimum reduction temperature of phosphate rock, reaction time had more influences on reduction rate of phosphate rock. but with the increase of reaction time, the growth of reduction rate was getting smaller and smaller. Feasible basic data was provided for phosphoric acid with blast furnace process by the experiments. The feasibility of new production process of phosphoric acid with high-purity was explored.
