摘要
分析了程序驱动法参数化绘图和利用参数化绘图软件进行参数化绘图2种方法的优缺点,提出了通过将复杂零件分解为体素,用参数化绘图软件将体素定义为参数化零件,然后用参数化绘图程序调用体素,通过体素拼合将2种参数化绘图方法结合起来的方法。以火炮身管设计为例,介绍了通过在I-DEAS软件上进行二次开发实现这种方法的具体过程。该方法有效降低了单一程序驱动法参数化绘图的编程工作量,弥补了参数化绘图软件不能有效定义结构不规则零件的不足,为参数化绘图的研究提供了一条新的思路。
This paper analyses the advantages and disadvantages of parametric drawing drven by
program and parametric drawing with parametric drawing software,proposes the method of
combining the above two methods by disintegrating complicated components into small parts
called solid element,defining solid elements into parametric parts with parametric drawing
software,then calling parametric solid elements by parametric drawing program.An example of
gun barrel design is presented to introduce the idea and realization process by further
development in IDEAS of this method.This method reduces the work of parametric drawing
driven by program,recuperates the deficiency of parametric drawing software in defining
irregular components,and proposes a new idea for the study of parametric drawing.
