摘要
确定了植物样品测碘时快速、简便地制备分析试液的方法，并用溴水氧化放大反应比色法测定了分析试液中碘的含量。该法测碘（Ｉ－）的线性范围是００２～０８ｍｇ／Ｌ，检出限为００１７ｍｇ／Ｌ；用于植物样品碘含量分析时，ＲＳＤ≤４７％，加标回收率为９２％～１１０％。
A rapid and simple method for determinating iodine in plant samples is introduced.The iodine content was determined by enlargement reaction colorimetric method.The linear range of this determination is 0 02～0 8 mg/L.The detection limit is 0 017 mg/L.When the method has been used for analysis of plant sample,it shows RSD ≤ 4 7%.The recovery rate is 92%～110%.
