摘要
目的：探讨难治性产后出血介入治疗的应用价值。方法：对16例难治性产后出血采用髂内动脉或选择性子宫动脉栓塞术。结果：16例难治性产后出血患者全部栓塞成功。结论：介入治疗难治性产后出血具有手术时间短、创伤小、并发症少、效果确切、保留了年轻女性的生殖器官和生育能力等优点，值得在临床推广应用。
Objective：Discussion difficult postpartum hemorrhage involves the treatment the application value. Methods： Uses qia in the artery or the selective arteria uterina embolism technique to 16 example difficult postpartum hemorrhage. Results：16 example difficult postpartum hemorrhage patient complete embolism succeeds. Conclusion： Involvement treatment difficult postpartum hemor- rhage had the surgery time short,the wound small,the complication few, the effect accurate, retained young merits and so on feminine reproductive organ and birth ability,was worth in the clinical promoted application.
