摘要
目的：探讨关节松动术与中医推拿手法两者结合治疗膝关节骨关节炎的临床意义。方法：选取2007年1月-2009年12月我院80例分别采用不同治疗方法的膝关节骨关节炎患者，分成治疗组（关节松动术结合中医推拿手法）和对照组（传统关节松动术）各40例。治疗前后按膝关节功能评定评分法进行评定。结果：治疗前2组患者膝关节功能评分比较差异无显著性（P〉0．05）；治疗后两组评分与治疗前均明显升高，但治疗组比对照组膝关节功能改善更显著（P〈0．01）。观察组痊愈5例，显效24例，总有效率为72．5％；对照组痊愈2例，显效13例，总有效率为37．5％。两组比较差异显著（P〈0．01）。结论：应用关节松动术结合中医推拿手法治疗膝关节骨关节炎疗效显著。
Objective ：Discusses the joint loose technique and the Chinese medicine massage technique both union treatment knee joint osteoarthritis clinical significance. Methods：Selects knee joint osteoarthritis patient who in January, 2007-2009 year in Decem- ber my courtyard 80 examples separately use the different method of treatment, divides into the treatment group （joint loose technique union Chinese medicine massage technique） and the control group （traditional joint loose technique） each 40 examples. Around the treatment carries on the evaluation according to the knee joint function evaluation grading law. Results： Before the treatment 2 group of patient knee joint function grading comparison difference does not have the significance （P〉0.05） ;Treats before latter two groups of grading and the treatment obviously elevates, but the treatment group is more remarkable than the control group knee joint function improvement （P〈0.01）. The observation group convalesces 5 examples, shows results 24 examples, the total effectiveness is 72.5% ;The control group convalesces 2 examples, shows results 13 examples, the total effectiveness is 37. 5 %. Two group of comparison differences remarkable （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Using joint loose technique union Chinese medicine massage technique treatment knee joint osteoarthritis curative effect remarkable.
