摘要
产后尿潴留是产科常见的并发症之一。如不及时处理，常影响子宫收缩，导致阴道出血量增多，给产妇增加痛苦，有损产妇身心健康，也是造成泌尿系感染的重要因素。我科对不同产妇进行了有针对性的预先护理干预，收到了良好效果。
