摘要
本文针对甲壳素结构的特点，对其脱乙酰生成壳聚糖的反应条件进行了研究．研究了温度、ＮａＯＨ浓度等因素对甲壳素脱乙酰反应的影响．
In connection with the character of chitin′s structure,deacetylation conditions of chitin have been studied.The influence of temperature,concentration of NaOH and other factors on deacetylation of chitin has also been researched.
