摘要
目的：总结腹腔镜胆囊切除术（LC）患者围手术期的护理对策,预防术后并发症的发生.方法：对我院2006年1月～2010年8月收治220例LC患者,对护理经验及应用对策,进行回顾及剖析.结果：6例患者术后出现并发症.包括：2例肺内感染,4例胆漏.通过精心护理患者已经痊愈出院.结论：LC患者围手术期护理对策的实施,减少了术后并发症的发生.促进患者早日康复.
Objective：The summary peritoneoscope gallbladder excision method（LC）patient encircles the surgery time the nursing countermeasure,after the prevention technique the complication occurrence. Methods： In January, 2006 ~2010 years in August ad- mits 220 example LC patient to my courtyard,to nurses the experience and the application countermeasure,carries on the review and the analysis. Results：After 6 example patient technique appears the complication. Including.. In 2 example lungs infects, 4 example cholerrhagias. Through nursed the patient already to convalesce carefully the out of hospital. Conclusion：The LC patient encircles the surgery time nursing countermeasure the implementatlon,after reduced the technique the complication occurrence. Will promote the patient soon to he restored to health.
