摘要
目的：探讨手法复位联合小夹板外圉定治疗肱骨外科颈骨折的临床疗效。方法：本文采用手法复住联合小夹板外固定治疗肱骨外科颈骨折患者，并与采用手术切开复位内固定的治疗的对照组进行临床效果比较。结果：观察组的肩关节功能优良率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。观察组的治愈率和有效率均明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：手法复位联合小夹板外固定治疗肱骨外科颈骨折具有肩关节功能恢复良好、骨折愈合快等优点，临床效果显著。
Objective：The discussion technique replacement unites outside the small clamping plank the fixed treatment humerus surgical department neck bone fracture clinical curative effect. Methods：This article uses the technique replacement to unite outside the small clamping plank the fixed treatment humerus surgical department neck bone fracture patient,and with uses the surgery to cut open in the replacement the fixed treatment control group to carry on the clinical effect comparison. Results：Observation group＇s shoulder joint function fine rate is higher than the control group obviously（P〈0.05）. Observation group＇s cure rate and effectiveness obviously are higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The technique replacement unites outside the small clamping plank the fixed treatment humerus surgical department neck bone fracture to have the shoulder joint function to restore, the bone fracture good heals quickly and so on the merits, clinical effect remarkable.
