摘要
基层的护理工作是一门科学也是一门艺术,对护理工作进行科学的管理,要最大程度的发挥每个护士的积极性.为患者提供更有效更标准,更舒适的的服务是当前每个医院各个管理部门所面临的问题.在基层的护理的队伍中,负荷重,工作的条件差,提高基层中护理管理者的管理水平.本文就详细的阐述了在基层护理中存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决措施.
The basic unit nursing work is a science also is an art, carries on the science to the nursing work the management, must the greatest degree display each nurse＇s enthusiasm.
