摘要
合格的针灸推拿人才,既要技能精湛,又要医德高尚.目前中医院校针灸推拿人才的培养,普遍重技能,轻品德.因此高校德育工作目标的落实仅靠思政课的教师和专职思想政治工作者是远远不够的,必须实行全员育人,增强广泛的参与意识和渗透意识.文章从多个角度分析了针推专业课教师在培养合格针推人才优良品德方面的重要性和优势,指出专业课教学中进行德育渗透是培养高尚医德的必然途径。
