摘要
目的：探讨针灸治疗对面神经麻痹的治疗效果.方法：75例患者随机分为针灸治疗组35例和对照组40例.结果：治疗组总有效率为97.14%,对照组总有效率为75%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0.01）.结论：针灸治疗面神经麻痹疗效确切,及时有效的治疗可以使大部分患者达到痊愈,但也和病情的轻重和患者的禀赋有关.
Objective：Discussion acupuncture and moxibustion treatment opposite nerve paralysis treatment result. Methods： 75 example patients divide into the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment group 35 examples and the control group 40 examples stochastieally. Results： Treatment group total effectiveness is 97. 14%, control group total effectiveness is 75%, the treatment group curative effect surpasses the control group obviously （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The acupuncture and moxibustion treatment facial nerve curative effect lacking in vigilance is accurate, the prompt effective treatment may enable the majority of patients to achieve the healing,but also with condition weight and patient＇s talent related.
