摘要
测定妊娠妇女外周血和脐血血清中VEGF的含量,VEGF合成与释放减少,是妊高征发病机理中的一个重要因素,而且其降低得越明显,可能导致血管内皮损伤得越严重,从而导致病情越重,VEGF的减少在妊高征发病中起重要作用.
