摘要
目的：探讨慢性肺源性心脏病的护理措施;方法：总结分析2009年9月至2010年9月我科收治的慢性肺源性心脏病患者43例的护理经验;结果：经过精心的治疗与护理,43例患者中好转37例,无效4例,死亡2例,死亡率为4.65%;结论：通过对肺心病患者制定针对性的护理措施,可以避免并发症的出现,增强患者的肺功能水平,改善患者的生活质量.
Objective：Discussion chronic lung source heart disease nursing measure; Methods： The summary analyzes from Sep- tember,2009 to September, 2010 my branch admitting chronic lung source heart disease patient 43 example nursing experiences;Re- suits：After the careful treatment and nursing,in 43 example patients changes for the better 37 examples, the invalid 4 examples,dled 2 examples,the mortality rate are 4.65 % ;Conclusion： Through formulates the pointed nursing measure to heart disease from lung disorders patient, may avoid the complication the appearance, strengthens patient＇s lung function level,improves patient＇s quality of life.
