摘要
目的：分析出现产后大出血的原因,提出相应的应对策略.方法：对我院自2006年9月～2009年7月的产妇进行检测,有65名患者出现大出血,对出现原因进行分析后提出相应的救治措施.结果：由于引发大出血的原因有很多,其中以宫缩乏力为主要原因,对不同的原因采取不同的救治措施.结论：加强对患者的监测,对产妇产后严密观察,建立有效的产后出血救护路径.
Objective：The analysis has the post-natal massive hemorrhage the reason, proposes corresponalngiy snouto to me strategy. Methods：-2009 year July parturient women carries on the examination to my courtyard from September, 2006 , some 65 patients have the massive hemorrhage, after appears＇the reason to carry on the analysis to propose corresponding treats and cures the measure. Results：Because the initiation massive hemorrhage reason has very much,in which shrinks the asthenia take the palace as the primary cause, adopts differently to the different reason treats and cures the measure. Conclusion： Strengthens to patient＇s monitor, to the parturient woman post-natal strict observation, establishes the effective postpartum hemorrhage to rescue the way.
