摘要
小儿脑性瘫痪是指自受孕开始至婴儿期非进行性脑损伤和发育缺陷所导致的综合征,主要表现为运动障碍和姿势异常.脑瘫患儿尖足是痉挛型脑瘫患儿中最常见的功能障碍,严重影响到患儿的站立和行走.笔者对推拿与康复训练相结合治疗脑性瘫痪患儿尖足情况进行了临床观察,现报道结果如下.
