摘要
产褥期是指胎盘娩出至产妇除乳腺外全身各器官恢复至非孕期状态的一段时间期一般为六周[1].此期妇女生理及心理方面变化很大,抗病能力差很容易引起躯体和精神方面的不适,甚至疾病.精神病是由于内外各种治病因素作用与机体,导致人脑功能障碍,使人脑功能的完整性和个体对外界环境的统一性遭受迫破坏.其临床特征是精神活动的紊乱,表现在认识、情感、意志、行为等方面的异常或削弱,以致不能维持正常生活[2].
