摘要
用CHEMCAD软件模拟了FS流型和HS流型.分别改变进料分配比、进料浓度的情况下,保持塔顶产品浓度为84 % (mol) ,塔釜浓度为恒量.模拟得出FS流型和HS流型的能耗,与单塔比较得出不同的节能率,并对FS流型和HS流型做了进一步比较.通过研究提出了双效精馏的最佳进料分配比.模拟表明不同进料组成,其最佳进料分配比不同,且随着进料浓度提高,最佳进料分配比下降.
FS and HS configuration has been simulated by CHEMCAD software on experiment condition. The assumption made for this study is: product purities X d=84.00%(mol), and Xw is constant. The energy consumption of FS and HS configuration was studied over a wide range of feed split and feed composition. The energy consumption of FS and HS configuration compared with the single effect distillation. And the energy efficiency was different. FS and HS configuration has been compared.The ‘best feed split’ has been proposed by study. The results of solving the equation show that the ‘best feed split’ has difference the feed composition . The feed composition is higher, the ‘best feed split’ is lower.
