摘要 指出了传统的将基于实物样机的故障模拟结果用于故障研究的不足,分析了机械系统故障仿真技术研究现状。研究了基于虚拟样机的机械系统故障仿真方法,阐述了虚拟样机故障仿真的过程框架及主要功能。分析了虚拟样机故障仿真的三大关键支撑技术,提出了5种机械系统故障注入方法,指出了机械系统虚拟样机故障仿真技术下一步的研究重点。 The defects of traditional real prototype fault simulation method applied to mechanical fault study are pointed out. The present state of fault simulation technique for mechanical system is analyzed. The VP-based fault simulation technique is presented and the frame construction and main function of VP-based fault simulation technique are listed. Three support techniques of VP-based fault simulation technique are studied. And five methods of fault injection are proposed. Finally, the research direction of VP-based fault simulation technique is pointed out.
